Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States. Free shipping eligibility is displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select countries.
- Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on destination.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations.
- PO Box addresses may have limited shipping method availability.
- APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at bill.chang@rigmore.com or call 1-979-422-9482. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
